We deliver bespoke face‑to‑face or online training, webinars, workshops and university lectures, conference sessions, CPD for school staff and leaders, and parent and family training across a wide range of SEND topics, including Pica and Polydipsia, Demand Avoidance, Autism, and Emotional Based School Avoidance. We also speak at conferences and run support groups specifically for leaders in special schools.
With thirty years experience in education and senior leadership across mainstream and special schools, combined with three years’ outreach supporting pupils with complex needs, I specialise in helping children and young people who find education a challenge and in supporting schools to find effective solutions. Tutoring can take place in school or at home.

We offer 1:1 and 2:1 respite support, available privately or through partner respite organisations who contract our services. All staff hold enhanced DBS checks, have extensive experience supporting SEND children and young people, receive regular training including up‑to‑date safeguarding. We also provide ongoing training for our staff on unique and complex conditions to ensure they can support individuals safely and effectively, including areas such as pica and genetic differences.
